Designer - Rail Vehicles
Job description:
» Design and technical documentation of rail vehicles
» Analysis of the design task’s input data
» Proposal of the optimal solution
» Development and design work
» Communication with customers
» Evaluation, review and presentation of results
» Cooperation within the project team
Suitable candidates will possess the following qualities:
» University or secondary education in a technical field (mechanical engineering)
» Good command of German and/or English advantageous
» Ability to model in 3D and to create technical documentation
» Knowledge of CATIA V5 and/or other CAD tools
» Interest in technology and development, flexibility, willingness to learn
» Having good ideas and not being afraid to propose them, creativity, innovativeness
» Previous experience in a similar position would be welcome

Structural Analyst (FEM)
Job description:
» Preparation of calculation models
» Simulations and calculations using the Finite Element Method (FEM) – strength, fatigue, dynamics, passive safety (crash simulations)
» Checking the correctness and plausibility of calculations
» Analysis and evaluation of results
» Presentation of results to customers
» Proposals for structural optimization
» Documentation of calculations and preparation of documents for certification
Suitable candidates will possess the following qualities:
» University education in a technical field
» Previous experience in simulations and calculations using the Finite Element Method (strength, fatigue, dynamics, passive safety)
» Ability to work efficiently in Altair HyperWorks and ANSYS
» Ability to analyse and evaluate results
» Good command of German and/or English
» Self-reliance, willingness to learn new things and work on oneself continuously
» Technical and logical thinking, creativity, innovativeness
» Responsible approach to work, conscientiousness, attention to detail
